Team Grid Terms of Use

1. Operator and service

Team Grid is operated by Ing. Bogdan Siderek under ikigai.cz and is currently provided free of charge to consultants as a support tool. No right to uninterrupted availability, a particular feature, or continued free access is granted.

2. Account and access

Users provide accurate information, use their own account, and protect it. Access starts only after email verification and administrator approval and may be suspended for legal or security reasons.

1. Responsibility for submitted data

The user is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and authorization of all submitted data, including personal data and third-party results. The user must have an appropriate legal basis, consent or other authority to process it.

2. Use of outputs

The user is responsible for interpreting and using outputs. Team Grid is a supporting tool and does not replace professional legal, psychological, HR or other judgment.

5. Prohibited use

Users must not upload data without authority, infringe third-party rights, bypass security, disrupt or overload the service, or use it for unlawful, discriminatory, or unethical decisions.

4. Account security

Users must protect login credentials, not share accounts with unauthorized persons, and report suspected misuse. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts.

5. Content and service rights

Users must not submit content contrary to law or third-party rights. CliftonStrengths and theme names may be protected marks of their respective owners; this application is not an official Gallup product.

6. Availability and changes

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical failure. Features and terms may be reasonably changed; material changes may require renewed acceptance.

9. No guarantee of outcome

The service is supplied as available. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the correctness of user inputs and interpretations. Outputs are not psychological, legal, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user decisions, unauthorized or inaccurate data, misuse, third-party conduct, or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that mandatory law does not permit to be excluded, including liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable rights.

11. Termination and deletion

Users may delete their account and active profiles and Team Grids. Limited copies may temporarily remain in backups or where retention is required by law or legal claims. Access may be terminated for a breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law and directly applicable European Union law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or supervisory authority powers where applicable.

7. Privacy

Processing is governed by the separate Team Grid Privacy Policy. A user who uploads another person’s data is responsible for a lawful basis, proper notice, data minimization, and appropriate retention.
