Team Grid Privacy Policy

This policy explains personal-data processing in Team Grid. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or monetize user profiles.
1. Controller and contact
For accounts, operation, and security, the controller is Ing. Bogdan Siderek, ikigai.cz. Contact: info@ikigai.cz.
2. Data processed
We process registration and contact data, the Google identifier used for Google login, account settings, technical and audit logs, and user-submitted content including names, organizations, roles, and strength rankings. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and manage accounts, provide features, communicate, secure the service, prevent abuse, and protect legal claims. Legal bases include performance of the service, legitimate interests in secure operation, and legal obligations; consent is used only where genuinely required.
4. Data about people uploaded by users
The user normally decides why and which third-party data is uploaded and is responsible for lawfulness, notices, minimization, and retention. If ikigai.cz is to act as a processor under Article 28 GDPR, suitable processing terms must be agreed before upload.
5. Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorized administrators and necessary hosting, email, and Google-login providers. Hosting is provided by Bluehost. Providers may process data only as needed for the service and under their contractual and legal duties.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid mechanism according to the provider and contract.
7. Retention
Active account data is kept while the account is used. Deletion removes active data; limited copies may remain temporarily in secured backups or longer where required by law, an incident, or a legal claim. Audit logs are retained only for a period proportionate to security and accountability.
8. Security
Measures include access controls, owner-level data separation, encrypted transport, password hashing, audit logs, and updates. No system can guarantee absolute security; incidents are handled under applicable legal duties.
9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object, or withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz or another competent authority.
10. Cookies and login
The app uses an essential session cookie for login, security, and language preference. Google login is also governed by Google’s policies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
11. Children
The application is not intended for children or independent registration by minors. A minor’s data may be uploaded only with appropriate authority and heightened care.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and renewed consent requested where required.
